Y’know one of the sweetest and happiest things I realize when I read random tidbits about the HP kid actors is just how confident they are in themselves. They can publicly and unabashedly discuss generally ‘taboo’ topics like buying tampons, battling eating disorders, affectionately LOLing over slash fandom, open adoration for each other without any of the coy, hypocritical nonsense that many Hollywood starlets are forced to assume.
The HP actors seem so at ease, that they aren’t even good cannon-fodder for the media circus. Good for them, and for the environment and support system that had their backs.
